Tamales Inc.

We totally enjoyed our experience at Tamales Inc. in Idaho Falls. We each had two tamales meals that included rice & black beans. We could choose which toppings we wanted. The tamales were large, moist and delicious. We added a side of Crazy Corn which I think is the same as "esquites" and is adictively delicious! We will definitely be back!

The service was amazing the two girls in the front taking the orders were super sweet and helpful, especially since it was our first time there! The food was delicious! And for the cost you're really getting your bank for your buck because they give you a lot of food! I would highly recommend this place!

Stopped here for a quick lunch and was very pleased. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I had the pork tamale with the Mexican rice and it was amazing. Super flavorful and very filling for a great price. Staff was friendly and had great suggestions when we weren't quite sure what to try. 5/5 in all categories.

We searched for a quick spot to eat while passing through Idaho Falls and Tamales was a great choice! Super fresh and delicious food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stop by again on future road trips :)

Delicious food!!! Great concept!!!! My husband has come here a couple other times on work trips. He loves it and loves the people that have helped him! This time was lack luster with the employees. Not fun at all. Never asked if it was our first time or if we had any questions. I'm bummed I didn't get he fun people.

We went here for dinner on our way out of town. I got the two handed burrito because most of the tamales I’ve eaten there isn’t much filling and the masa is dry and that why I chose the burrito with all the fillings and toppings and enchilada style all the sauces. The burrito was delicious and all the flavors melded so well together. My wife got the 2 tamales meal (chicken, cheese) with most of the toppings and the mix of the two rices. The tamales were topped with their sauces of salsa and Mexican sour cream. Honestly her tamales were better than my burritos. There was lots of meat in the filling and the masa wasn’t dry at all. When I come again I’ll definitely get the tamales. We also treated ourselves to their delicious flan. It was the best flan I’ve ever had. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant and I’ve been to a lot. The staff was so helpful and offered their opinions when asked and gave them unapologetically. So if you don’t know what to get or want to know what goes well together just ask! We were very pleasantly impressed with our dinner. I recommend tamales Inc.

The pork tamales are so yummy! The walking tamales are my favorite. You pick what type of tamale you want?And then what type of sauce you want?And then all the toppings you could think of you decide which ones you add to it.You can also get beans and cilantro.Rice or spanish rice. They have horscheta, but my husband was not a fan. They have bottled sodas as well as a soda fountain. There is a restroom and seating to dine in. I love the bright colorful decor. It was hard to find parking because it's downtown and there's not a lot of street parking available.

Delicious!!! The tamales melt in your mouth and have excellent flavor. Their salsa verde is mild and tangy. You also cannot go wrong with their crazy corn in a cup. We went here for a date night and it was definitely an excellent choice. The Frosty Horchata was refreshing and tasted amazing! I highly recommend giving Homemade Tamales Inc. a try. It is worth the trip. =) Rico and Selena made us feel very welcome and I was an awesome experience! Thank you!
